The game blends realism - actual medical facts and various types of sickness - with a metaphoric approach to healing by finishing numerous missions and taking part in dynamic, combat-packed action. Also, it gives players a story to discover. It has both killing and healing, requires crafting and gives learning opportunity - all of it one package!
