Cell Shaded Hatsune Miku V3 Player Model addon - Portal

I converted this Miku model from the Garry's Mod workshop and made it playable in Portal. (idk very much of cell shading so idk if it really is cell shaded, but it looked like a cell shaded model so I put that in the title)

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE!!!!!:
• The physics of the hair and the tie are a little bit buggy, so it looks weird sometimes
