The fight for survival is on! OverDose is a class, team & objective based multiplayer game set on a post-apocalyptic Earth. With gameplay in the tradition of classic games such as Return to Castle Wolfenstein and Enemy Territory, melded with up to date gameplay mechanics and movement, OverDose is a unique blend of online action, team play and of course, lots of gore. Using id tech 2 as a base, OverDose features updated engine features like full real time lighting and shadow mapping, physically based rendering, particle and physics simulations and more. Plus, in classic id Software tradition, our engine and game are fully moddable and scriptable, meaning even amateur mod makers can bring their own creations to life with ease. This isn't war... The OverDose SVN contains all the tools you could need:

ODMap - For map compiles (Q3, Doom 3 and Q4 formats)
ODModel - For static ingame mesh and clip model formats (Custom .mdl format and .cm format that can be compiled from .lwo, .obj and .ase)
ODFont - For creating fonts used ingame from free .TTF fonts.
ODCompress - For creating .dds versions of your texture. Compressed, but much faster to load (NOTE: We still supply .tga files with all .dss, its just nice as an option).
ODVideo - For creating your own .ROQ videos. OverDose contains a new and improved, updated .ROQ format which displays high quality, high detail, high frame rate and high BPP 720p video.

Of course, when we say the right help, we dont just mean some nerd sitting behind MSN (Though thats optional), we also supply a full on SDK for users to work with:
