UDK has turned out to be a bit more difficult to work with than Source so far, but our tests have looked 100 times better than the Source engine (we'll start uploading our tests to the images section). The graphics engine on UDK is so promising for the style of New York in the 1920s - 1930s.
We are very committed to this project, but there is much to do before we are back to where we were with Source. We are also scaling down the project, so that we can get a the project done sooner than later. Check out our game for more details.
