A modification for spring rts, formerly RA3, which is set in the 2030's and has a global conflict
Cruising ominously above the skies of the world, looking down on its foes from a vantage point that assures it mastery of all it surveys, the Tu-348 Kirov Gunship is the crowning achievement of the Russian aviation industry. A leviathan rigid airship larger than almost any other military craft save an aircraft carrier, the Kirov’s unique design ensures the protection of the vast and empty Russian frontiers with the heaviest aerial firepower ever devised since the advent of the nuclear bomber.
MUCH better then the original Excellent work!
Kudos to Azzkikr for modelling this, and especially for taking a new angle on the Kirov everyone's so familiar with, and Mbob61 for rendering it.
Looks Spectacular, somewhat confused though, the fans look like they should be ducted, but the device they are perched on looks like a jet engine.
With a completely solid base the fans are useless, i know i'm probably wrong but thats what i see.
Still great work, looks like a lot of fun to use, normal Kirov size or a multitude bigger?
The mod will feature more realistic scaling than normal Red Alert 3, so expect it to at least act bigger in-game.
Good point about the fan pods, too - things are subject to change and we'll see what we can do for the final and skinned version.
the model is based on this: Cnc-source.com
it'l be bigger
Astounding work,
Keep it up
Thanks Altimeter! More is on its way, never fear!
A really shocking modelling work~Keep it up guys
That's pretty damn nice.
Very good model Azzkikr, very nice departure from the basic Kirov design.
Doesn't look like it has many weapons though. Of course, that depends on how powerful that triple barreled nose mounted, main cannon is. ;)
Overall a great model.

I'm not trying to put you guys down because you did a great job with it, but zeppelins are super impractical and there's a reason why NOBODY uses them anymore!
