this mod is on hold for now. because of RL reasons
dont worry, real life is still vital though, but progress is ok. we need skinners. plus, if we can get a releasable beta, we might revert back to RA3 engine, if coders are interested. in fact, i hope that we can revert to RA3, but SPRING is just temporary, to get the stats right
well, the spring rts engine is free ware, and has the cool ability to go to an FPS mode for any selected unit
well. CIS is a real-life name. Commonwealth of independent states. but i think there is some similarities in star wars in acronyms, but not names.
