Inspired by the virtual Pets and a lack of Kittens in life; Neko-Cat is being developed as a way of giving life to the desktop. Unlike many virtual pet games that focus on minigames; Neko-Cat aims to be a fun little companion for you to interact with while at the computer. Features: - A variety of different toys to play with - Unique identities that prefer different styles of care - a "minimal" game window which allows you to work at the computer unobstructed with Neko-Cat still running.
I've been busy with other work lately so There hasn't been much content to show anyone. Instead I'm going to be using a different engine to create Neko Cat. This is mainly because I need to use Unity for other work (and there's not many jobs needing XNA these days lol) so by creating this in unity I am learning a lot.
