Wow is this even a screenshot or a picture from the movies; so hard to tell lol!
You should base your maps mainly on the movement speed and properties of the player characters lol. Just so that you can realy move throught the streets without banging from the wall to wall like a car.
Everything here looks so gay smashed that it gives you the impression that the purpose of the map is to play on the roof level.
