Continuing the Darth Vader WIP!
Small note from the author: Thanks for the feedback. There are certain restrictions in the shoulder area caused by the skeleton (which is a bit unproportional) that I need to match if I want to keep the weighting process as simple as possible. I'll tweak the proportions as much as I can though.
He seems a little skinny -- but aside from that, good job!
Still a work in progress of course, its already been noted. Lervish is working on thickening him up as we speak :)
Agree with #1. Awesome job, you post too much updates on a weekly/daily basis.
Images are posted as they are posted on the Movie Battles site by developers. Sometimes they're a few days in between, sometimes a few hours (like the past day)
He seems a tad short? Nice detail though. +1
Its kinda hard to tell how tall he is without putting him next to another player :P
The body looks really good, but the helmet seems a bit off. I mean, it doesn't really look like here: 1.bp.blogspot.com
The head was made with a direct profile and front image. I was watching Lervish while he made it, he made it pretty accurate to those pictures of the helmet. It may be the shading and lack of textures (normal map had to be inverted for one from this picture)
But I just gave you an image compared to which this Vader doesn't look accurate. Vader is one of my favorites, that's why I'm concerned. The eyes are too big and the upper side of the helmet should be vider and I think higher too.
