An academy cadet graduates the law enforcement academy and is thrown headfirst into a city that prides itself on keeping its community safe. Road rage incidents are rampant, gangs are running amok, and there are drivers on the road that go beyond the legal limit. As this cadet works his way up the ranks keeping true to the oath, the rookie must crack down on rising crime and ensure that the city's citizens feels safe and at ease.
