Medieval Engineers is a sandbox game about engineering, construction and the maintenance of architectural works and mechanical equipment using medieval technology. Players build cities, castles and fortifications; construct mechanical devices and engines; perform landscaping and underground mining. The game is inspired by real medieval technology and the way people built architectural and mechanical works in medieval times. Medieval Engineers strives to follow the laws of physics and real history and doesn't use technologies that were not available in 5th to 15th century. Medieval Engineers, is the company’s second “engineering” game after Space Engineers.

Update 02.069: Dear Engineers! In this week's update we are making another addition to the group of entrance blocks. We've added a new block, the portcullis. It's modular, so it allows you to combine it with other blocks in various ways. It's also a compound block, so there are a large number of possible combinations. It's the last of the series of gate blocks that we've been adding over the past weeks.
