Max War Pre Alpha 1.04 file - MAX WAR

This update bring the optimization and some bug fix on max war.
you'll be able to configure deep graphic configuration from now.

GPU : ATI Radeon HD6570 1GB GDDR3 128bit.

- Add Advanced settings
- Add Loading Progress while launching game
- Add Constructor system build delay
- Add Constructor system sfx feedback
- Add Constrution initialization progress screen
- Add Footstep sound effects
- Add SpotLight
- Add Item binocular

- Remove some Graphic presets on Resolution Dialogue
- Remove Third Person Camera mode
- Remove 3D Scope, now use 2D scope for better performance

- Change Draw Distance from 2000 to 1500 max
- Change Weapon Damage for all weapons
- Change Weapon Rate of Fire for all weapons
- Change Day Night Cycle lighting
- Change Day Night Cycle speed time

- Fix Self shot suicide
- Fix AW25 Third person animation
- Fix Application Not Responding while loading
