Mark of Iron is a top down game were wave after wave of enemys swarms the players position but there is a timer ticking down and you must get a certain amount of kills in order to progress to the next section. The sections will get progressivly harder.

Is this going to be more content than just a wave swarming sim?

Maybe you should have done some actual work on this game before adding it, by the looks of it all you've done is create a logo and put together a basic source map that takes 5 minutes.
i admit it did only take 10 miutes to this post and the map for those screenshots.
This sounds more like a simple source mod.

I think that this would become more interesting if you did a top down Alien Swarm type viewpoint.

To be honest, I'd rather play a bad Alien Swarm style game over this in it's current form.

It's true though. This looks way too simple and bland. It has nothing unique to it and it just feels like an average Source Engine modification without anything to it.
Here are some questions for you;
- What is unique about Mark of Iron, and how will you make Mark of Iron into more than just a map pack for Half-Life 2?
- What weapons will be used?
- What viewpoint will be used?
For inspiration look at how Alien Swarm and Dead Ops Arcade did it.
