Deep beneath the surface of the realm of Terra'ka lies a place- a prison-like society ruled in the form of a country called Oflia. When dark elf Phaendar awakens with no memory of his past he is drawn into the rebellion occurring within Oflia against King Amos. Through declaration of the gods, Phaendar must take upon the role of the Asphodel (a mortal champion chosen by the gods) and help lead the rebels to victory all while discovering an even darker plot against the realm.
