Cool. This would of helped me a lot when I first started mapping.
Great tutorials, this makes me want to map
See thats the problem for me. Thats all I can make is orange hallways and rooms, there needs to me like a medium tutorial for people that have just began mapping and need tips and tricks. But still great tutorial!
Awesome tutorials man! Very well done!

You can use whatever materials you want. I am not a level designer. You will have to use your own creativity in order to make something look really great :).
Hey I'm subscribed to you lol.
Nice tutorials, these would have been very helpful when I started my new mod Left In The Shed!
tank you!
I haven't EVER tried any kind of 'Source' level design before (I'm a UE freak!) but since the L4D2 tools were released I got tempted and decided to install them. Now with this tutorial batch I might just give it a go!
Thanks again Raven mate! You're heading toward Sainthood! lol. ;)
PS: I got your PM, I'll reply soon! Busy Busy Busy lol.
Nice tutorials!
Also, I think Ctrl+M allows you to specify exact numbers for rotate, scale, and translate.
every time i load the map i get steam validation rejected whys that
Correct me if I'm wrong but aren't these the same tutorials that are already posted on the VDC and the maps that come with L4D2 meant as tutorial maps?

All you have done is created a video version of them (which is good some people do like to watch over reading) I just think you might want to credit the first person who made this tutorial
nice series, you should create more and cover aspects like rescue rooms, safe houses, events, etc. Thats what makes mapping for l4d or l4d2 special! :)
