A new addictive platformer is making a mad dash to the mobile market! Resolves will be tested, thumbs will be bruised, but ultimately, there will be deaths to our enemies!
I just wanted to announce that Knight Runner is fully ready to be shipped to the Google Play Store, and soon the iPhone and Windows Phone! Enjoy some screenshots of the latest development! More is to come in the future. Ideas for unlockable characters for one should excite you. These unlockable characters would bring different gameplay mechanics to keep the game fresh. I also plan to implement floating topaz gems to give you more incentive to fly and double jump. Right now they just feel too much like contingency powerups. More to come later! Stay tuned!
There have been a handful of Lets Plays on youtube featuring Knight Runner, trying to top the high scores.
Version 1.2 updates! Textures reworked, new items, points adjusted.
Chances are, you are not one of the few to encounter and defeat the Wraith.
It's been a crazy few days since the release of Knight Runner...

I honestly had A LOT of fun in this game. And could you make the size of the achievement smaller since it covers a big part of the gameplay screen?
Overall, i really had fun in this game.
(Oh and could you add collisions when it hits the side part of the platform?).
Keep up with the good work!!!
Thank you for the kind words and valuable feedback. I've been spending the last few days contemplating as to how to tackle the achievement banner with such a small footprint (after all, android phones and iphones are the primary target platforms for this game). The challenge is to have the text large enough to see, but the banner small enough so it is not obstructive. So the solution I've come up with is to reduce the banner size (As you suggested!) and have it only contain the title of the achievement acquired, as that achievement can be looked up with it's full description at the main menu. What do you think?
That really is a good idea. :D
