"High Entropy" is a single-player FPS adventure for PC. My goal for this one is recreating the feeling I had while playing some of my favorite FPS/adventure games, the shooter part will be a key component but exploring the levels and solving puzzles (physics based, using computers...) will also be part of the fun.

I recently bought some assets that fit quite well with the design I have in mind for a small outside area in the game. Here's a first quick test of how this area could look (the sounds, and many other things, need some tweaking, this is just a first work in progress test of this area). In the future, the idea is that you'll be able to get inside some of the buildings and the interiors will be similar to what you can see in the previous gameplay video I uploaded.

Here's the previous WIP video, in case someone wants to watch it:

This game looks prettz cool! Awesom Job till now...
I really hope there will be no crafting ****!

I don't want to bake a lemon cake from tomatoes to hook up a neon pink pony OMG this would be hilarious you have to mincraft this!!!

By the way I like the Setting of Nature catch the cities back.
I hope there will be a story not just a DazZ/WarZ/Left4Dead Clone.
And further please dont make something like Zomboid(Running around in the wilderness with nothing in it and out of the blue your character notices **** IM HURT but ingame nothing happened that would hurt you.

I would buy this as a hardcopy, not a Free to Play. And not as a ****** Kickstarter "Pay me 200 buck, then you will get a flashlight"

Thanks, glad you like it. It's not similar to DayZ or L4D, it's more an adventure game (you'll have to search the environment to learn about the story and find clues to solve physics based puzzles, or based around the use of computers... things like that) with shooting elements and probably mostly in interiors (if you watch the previous WIP video you'll see more clearly the adventure side of the game).

Excellent work on the outside area, thinking about the work you put into this makes my head hurt. Any projection as to when we might get our grubby fingers on this? This looks better than some of the big studio offerings of the last few years.

Thanks! I would like to have something working, at least a prototype or a first part of the game, by the end of the year, but I can't be sure.

Thanks! Well, they are infected, but I admit there's not much of a difference in practice :). They won't be the only enemies in the game, there will be other types like the insectoids you can see in older WIP videos, probably robots and humans if I get the AI right...
