Description
M1 was the first GTA map editor but was originally created for DOS. After the release of Junction25, Sam created a new version of M1 based on Windows in 1998 and enhanced the program with a full 3d map viewer. Sam later teamed up with the J25 guys and created a beta version of J25-2.0
