Welcome to the world of Full Mojo Rampage where you get to control a Voodoo keeper throughout his adventures. As the player you’ll need to guide him safely through each level whilst hunting for voodoo dolls and mojos. These mojos can be found throughout the game in the form of amulets and trinkets that bring him strength and luck. They also unleash an array of other powers that you can craft to your own advantage in order to truly master the terrible powers of Voodoo.
In the video you can see the game editor that Over the Top Games uses to select the different sets and tweak the light and “mood” of an scene. In the game you will find different basic environments (the swamp, the cemetery, etc.) and those will use the visual and generation parameters they configure in the editor. This way they can make sure that the layout is fully random, but the light and the colors match the style of the setting.
There is more information in their official website.

Today is an important day for the team at Over the Top Games. We can finally show you a bit of our new game that’s under development. Remember to keep...
Wow, thats some nice visuals you got and they are sure to award you guys many glances around here. Strong concept and the game seems to be in good enough shape by the times you put the site up, always good.
Did you build the engine from scratch? Because porting to so many platforms with your own engine seems very bold. That's a good thing, of course :)
I see some creative method of modeling a brick wall which is nice but creates polys quite heavily :)
Looking forward to the teaser and especially gameplay portions.
Thanks for the kind words :)
The game uses the base of the engine that we developed for NyxQuest (originally for PC and Wii). We then ported that game to iOS and then did the development of Fancy Pants for 360 and PS3, so we have already a good base of code that works in several platforms. Its fun to think that maybe this year developers will have MORE porting options like the 720 or PS4!
In any case we are currently focusing this game for desktop PCs. This gives us more freedom to update the game and be able to release when WE want to release.
