Extreme VectorBall is a game made purely for fun, we've loved the idea of taking a simple game like Pong and making it completely insane. You'll be playing the game you know, but with a serious twist. We've set up hundreds (literally) of random events which can interfere with your game - from a meteor storm to your paddle accidentally having chunks blown off it! We're always adding more items to the list and most of them get added.
More info coming soon!
Ohai.
This news is basically to let people know what's going to be in EVB, aside from the hundreds of events to make your life difficult. :)
First up is multiplayer! This one was difficult to think about, but then the amount of fun you could have playing a friend through those events - along with causing their paddle to disintegrate in front of them caused us to decided to go for it. It might be a bit later on in the development, but we're already planning for it.
Next up - controls. Everyone plays their games differently. So I don't know what to use as controls (up, down, space OR W,S, space OR mouse pos + click) so I may simply include them all and have a choice in the menu.
Third - difficulty settings! Pong doesn't really have a method of "difficulty" however we plan on having the game being more challenged by increasing the AI speed until it matches the players and the higher the difficulty the more environmental extremities will occur.
That's all for now!
Introducing Extreme VectorBall! The weirdest extreme sport you'll play in the comfort of your chair.

i failed at putting a psp game on my vita throu content manger
Cool idea, how do you plan on getting this out there for the PSV, Sony doesn't exactly "support" this sort of thing. If you complete it, I will play it.
We're using PS Mobile to make it but currently its in beta - however once Sony open it up and it's complete they will be allowing devs to put their games on the PS Store :)
Great idea.
