Apparently, the Desura debut went well. That is the good news for today :-) We have had many installations, very little uninstallations, and I've had a chance to chat with quite a few of you in the lobby. Very few bugs have been reported (so we're just going to hope that there aren't any ;p ).
One thing has been troubling me though... No one seems to know how to play! That's no good! I was trying to figure out why that is, when I had a moment of clarity... People are coming here and installing the game without even looking at the main website!
All of a sudden it makes perfect sense. The main website more or less holds your hand through it and makes things easy to find. Unfortunately, I can't simply port the game manual over to the Desura page, and even if I could, that would cause trouble everytime I updated it on the site. I would then have to remember to update it on Desura, etc etc.
So this newspost is to remind you that the site exists, to use it, and that it loves you. Dearly. It also wants me to tell you that it misses you like the flower misses the sun... Or maybe that's Heath Ledger. Hmmm.
