In Summary:
The Capitalist: Buy any weapon, or any item, at any time. Of course, getting gold is the objective of the game, careless spenders be warned!
The Apothecary: Grind up in-game items into raw ingredients. Those ingredients can be combined into new potions only available to this class. Examples include an invisibility potion, leech health, curse, etc. Weapons: revolver and blowgun.
The Mystic: This class can see everybody on the map, even without a mapmaker. Also can see items inside chests, and see what items other players are holding. Uses mystical flames to attack.
