Lee is trapped somewhere between this world and the next. His corporeal body has disappeared, replaced with a ball sporting the Army of Northern Virginia’s battle flag on its sides.
He needs your help on this journey to the afterlife. Can you guide him from a facsimile of his families homestead to the mountain summit and help set him free? Do you have what it takes to overcome despair, and puzzle out solutions to the obstacles in his way?

We are pleased to announce the release of Dixie Ball version 2.3!
We decided to try to increase the velocity at which we release updates. Going forward we hope to release a feature update about once a month until we consider Dixie Ball to be finished. This is a rather ambitious goal for our team, hopefully we can maintain this tempo. Naturally these monthly releases will contain less content than a quarterly approach.
Before we tell you about the new features and bug fixes, its important to mention that the save system had to be overhauled. As a result old saves from previous versions will not work, and will be deleted on startup. If you want to continue where you left off, we strongly recommend finishing playing with Dixie Ball version 2.2, otherwise you will have to start a new game.
As always, we encourage you to try our free and open source video game. And if you want to help support us, donations would be much appreciated.
Thanks for reading, we hope you enjoy playing Dixie Ball 2.3.
Our team worked long and hard to deliver Dixie Ball 2.2 before the year's end.
There are allot of changes made in 2.1, which individually may seem small, but together should improve the game...
This is the official source code for Dixie Ball, Version 2.3, for use with Godot 3.5. Our project is licensed under MIT, so you are welcome to create...

This update took allot of work from our team, and goes a long way toward improving immersion.

Just in case anyone is even remotely thinking about supporting these people, take a look at their website, their logo, and their name. On their website they complain about how the slavers killed during the Civil War are spoken of negatively and forgotten (as they should be). The name of the developer is 33 Gamma. 33 is a KKK dog whistle. The 11th letter of the alphabet is 'K', so the 3x11 = 33 AKA KKK. The word 'gamma' is a reference to the arms of a swastika which are shaped like the greek letter Gamma. Their logo design is a triskele that has been mirrored and tilted. A triskele is another symbol widely used by white supremacists.
This person is a literal neo-nazi and should be banned from this site.
I'm sorry you feel that way Jeremy. Your welcome to draw whatever conclusions you like about symbolism, but I think some of them are wrong.
I chose 33 Gamma for my company name because I always liked the number 333. Found out later the number 33 is Masonic, and somewhat regretted the decision, as people kept thinking I'm a mason.I had no idea about that 3x11 thing until you wrote it in, color me surprised :)
