Dishonored Balance Mode beta file

All Piero's prices increased (now you have to collect ~80% valuables to buy all upgrades);
All Corvo abilities are re-balanced: now blink drains mana, wind blast doesn't kill bots, dark vision has limited radius etc.;
All first level abilities cost 0 runes, so you can get them right after the blink;
First level of "celerity" slightly reduces falling damage and increases swimming/ sprinting speed, the second one moderately reduces falling damage and gives you double jump;
Corvo's capacity is greatly decreased, as well as the capacity upgrades;
Bone Charms effects were mostly increased. Descriptions haven't been changed though.
