Now, a new era has begun, and the only hope for our future lies in unlocking the greatest mysteries of our past. Defend the last safe City on Earth. Defeat our enemies. Explore the ancient ruins of our solar system. Discover all that we have lost. Become legend.

The internet is buzzing today with news from E3, with XBOX One and Sony Playstation 4 going head-to-head. We've just added these platforms to the site, and one of the first games coming to both is Destiny. Here is a sponsored trailer from Bungie (the creators of Halo) and Activision (the company that brought you Call of Duty).

In Destiny you are a Guardian of the last city on Earth, able to wield incredible power. Explore the ancient ruins of our solar system, from the red dunes of Mars to the lush jungles of Venus. Defeat Earth's enemies. Discover all that we have lost. Become legend. Find out more at www.destinythegame.com

Looks pretty interesting, this is what the next-gen has to serve up, how will PC, modding and indies stack up?

"...the lush jungles of Venus." Not that I can't appreciate a good story for what it is and just relax... but... mmmm... I'll have to see it. Maybe the "plants" are solid white. Maybe they are suspended above the atmosphere? I don't know, I'll just have to read the lore. :p
