A police officer named Brian Brawl He decides to start his first night in a city called: Arkay City which just this one moved. Starting his work hour, he receives a mysterious call from someone asking for help, and decides to go check, but he does not know that this call will lead him to a very confusing nightmare which he decides to seek answers.
