I love the level design!

I don't love that camera angle though.

Crash with crysis engine? are you kidding? This is going very well, details are awesome! I bet people will need a beast machine to run this...

No worries! The levels are very optimized and now I have a framerate of 35 frames per second on average. And yet, it is only in the engine. In the game, I have at least 10 more FPS! So aside there, not to worry ;)

Get rid of the photorealistic stuff of Crysis and add more colourful stuff. A new HDR and Color Correction setting would be a good start, increasing saturation a bit.

Everything was already done. The screen of this page is not at all representative of the mod. It is precisely to show what would crash with the graphics realistic of the graphics engine.

These shots really want to make me just go off the path and explore the island. Forgive me if this has been explained elsewhere, but do these levels stick to the linear fashion of the originals, or is there some actual exploration involved to collect all of the crates, etc?

It's friggen great either way. But I'm thinking an open world, Metroid-style Crash game would kick some *** as well. (Banditroid?)
