I was playing CS 1.6 on the fy_iceworld16 map when I ecountered this strange bug that gave the white screen and crashed the game.

As you can see, this bug happened after I picked up a Negev (Or M249 in CS 1.6) when I still had the M4A1 in my primary. How did this happen? How did I get this bug out of nowhere when I was enjoying the game? If you know how this happened, let me know.

Sorry for the delayed response. I played the base game without using any mods. Something is clearly wrong.
