This is my first map I have ever created. It began as a project based off of the Auschwitz concentration camp.

These instructions assume you play CoH through Valve's STEAM. If not there are many guides out there.

1.
Go to the place where you company of heroes game data is saved. It is something like below.

Create the remaining directories needed to complete this path. Make sure you spell everything correctly with correct capitalization.

Download the file that I attached to this email, and extract all of the contents into the MP folder you just created.

Go to where your company of heroes is installed.
C:Program Files (x86)Steamsteamappscommoncompany of heroes
Then find RelicCOH.exe and right click it and create a shortcut on your desktop.

5. Go to your desktop. Right click the shortcut you just made.
Go to properties, and then the shorcut tab. Under Target, move to the very end of the path.
After the last quote, put a character space, and then type (-dev). (Dont type the parentheses.)
Now save your changes and start the game from this shortcut. In skirmish mode you can create a game. You should see a map named Deathcamp in the maps list.

* I have been working on this map off and on for the past year. It is my first map, and I modeled it after some aerial photos of the Auschwitz Concentration camp. I put a lot of attention into detail so I hope you can find the time to stop and look around amid the gameplay.
* I was hoping to achieve a fun feel for the map with a focus on infantry early on. The camp in the middle offers an advantage in resource collection, but maneuvering inside is tight and the surrounding walls can be destroyed with explosives;
This makes it difficult to defend.
* The map is up to 2v2.
* If you play the computer I recommend playing against hard armies. The normal AI seems slightly dumbed down in my opinion, but the other difficulties play nicely. If you play against an expert army it gets really fun and chaotic. The game def takes on a different feel.
* With default positioning, germans (player 3 and 4) will start in the top right of the map.
* I double checked the map a whole lot so there shouldn't be any screw ups, but let me know if you find anything that obviously looks like a glitch...(unit gets stuck out in the open, floating item, etc)
* The bridge closest to compound base cannot be destroyed. (balance issue)
* The rail bridge cannot be destroyed (visual/balance issue)
* All bridges can still be booby trapped
