SS insignia for Edward Richtofen (WaW) addon - Call of Duty: World at War

The main purpose of this texture mod is to change the 'Ultimis' Generalmajor (Brigadier general) Edward Richtofen from the zombie mode into SS-Brigadeführer, nothing much. Every Wehrmacht/Heer insignia now will be changed into what's belong to the SS unit.

In addition, I also create 2nd texture to replace the Gerneralmajor Heinrich Amsel model in the Vendetta mission (another iwd file called "zzz_RichtofenSS-Brigadefuhrer- Amsel", while the main version for Richtofen is "zzz_RichtofenSS-Brigadefuhrer").

Along with 'SS-Gruppenführer' version (iwd files) for both Richtofen and Amsel models inside the 'Bonus' folder.
