You do know there's an option to render an OpenGL animation so you don't have to record the screen with Bandicam, right?
Good point, but we prefer this.
Takes a lot less time to record with bandicam then to render all of the frames..
Sure it's not as fast, but the result is far superior.
For starters, you won't have the frame dips that were clearly present at the beginning of this video. You can choose the exact resolution that you want for the video. You won't have all those UI elements at the corners of the video. You won't have "Bandicam" written across the top of the video.
The reason for the frame skips are from Meatbox adding the sounds to the video.. it wasn't this laggy before, lol..
I tried rendering the animations and I got lag in the output video.. maybe it's just my settings. I'll keep trying new ones.
lol you think adding sounds to the video after it was recorded caused the frame rate to drop?
No, just watch the video again and look at the top left. You'll even see the frame rate text turn red and drop down from the targeted 24 fps. It lagged while it was being recorded.
There's no way to have lag in a pre-rendered video. That doesn't even make sense. The playback may be laggy if the watcher's computer is really bad or they have a bunch of other stuff going on simultaneously.
We dont mind
reload anim offscreen?
Also it would be cooler to see it ingame than just in your 3d program....
For now, its like this because it saves memory.
It obviously will be improved.
