AIX planes config from AIX2 Reality file - Battlefield 2

Improvements flying psysics for:
- AIX_F117A
- AIX_MiG19
- AIX_MiG23
- CLI_MiG21
- ruair_su24
The planes flying much higher, the maneuverability greatly improved, the max speed is 1100-1300, ai templates included.

Included GUI fix for MiG-21/MiG-19 (central circle adjusted for wide-screens).

Warning: this is the configs only, not the models itself. It is for experienced modders only, as you need to modify the config for your mod.
It is not suitable for stock-alike mods, as it has a much higher speed and flying height.
The F-117 has the StrType Helicopter, as it hasn't HeatObject template - so the AI will attack it like helicopters.
