Website Improvements Thread

Anyone have a clue how to make my website for our indie company better?

We are looking to make our site user friendly, as well as make it streamlined and easy to operate.
Any help will be appreciated.

-Exchange the current background to something more detailed (the current one looks like a small image stretched to it's limits)
-Make a creative layout, like having the buttons on the sides instead of on the bottom of the page, and have menus scrolling out of places instead of popping out with bold text
-Background Theme? Maybe? No?

Yah i agree with macacos2. You need to create a new background, move the navigation bar it's horrible at the bottom.
