need modification for dark crusade Thread

a mod called arnorlds space marines

i want it to buff space marines with following:

space marines,except scouts cant be stunned

space marines except scouts can move through cover at normal speed

active print skill

thundering charge ability,except scouts-the way grey knights have

double hp for all space marines units,with a third more in cost to recruit and reinforce

can someone make,i have zero programming skills?

No. No one is going to work for you for free. Making games and mods is not welfare: people do it because it's fun, they are curious and they wanna learn. If you don't meet those three prerequisites then you are not going anywhere unless you have money enough to start your own studio.

I also had zero programming skills once upon a time. How did I overcome that?
Study and practise - years of it.
