How to prevent my moddb account from false reports, or can it still be retrievable if it gets taken down? Thread

So I was wondering if it is possible for:

- My account to be protected from people falsely reporting it trying to get it taken down (I don't know if reporting is the only way for an account to be taken down.)

or

- If my account does get taken down from false reports and if my modpages go down with it, can I retrieve the whole account back along with every modpage.

(I made a thread before about this with more detail on the situation but people would just assume I was talking about something else but I am talking about MODDB)

So please answer my question. I REALLY dont want my moddb account taken down as I put a lot of effort to it. I haven't broken any site rules that I'm aware of.
Also note: The person trying to get me taken down has a higher ranked account on ModDB so I'm not sure if that gives him more power.
