The "Battlefield 2142 Reclamation Mod" allows players to play Battlefield 2142 Online Multiplayer again, providing an Alternate Master Server System, as a replacement for the now shutdown GameSpy master server system. It provides ALL UNLOCKS and NEW STATS & RANKING! This is all thanks to the hard work and dedication of the Dethklok Clan ( dethklokclan.enjin.com/ ).
All that's needed is to Download and Install everything in the following order (Instructions also included with download):
*****Battlefield 2142 (Retail Purchase).
*****Battlefield 2142 Patch 1.50 (Retail to 1.50).
*****Battlefield 2142 Patch 1.51 (Approximately 2 GB).
*****Battlefield 2142 Reclamation Mod here on this site, usually included with this README.txt .
*****Map Pack - DETHKLOK Community Mappack
Place all maps in "C:/Program Files/Electronic Arts/Battlefield
2142/mods/bf2142/Levels/" (Along with all the other maps you see
there.). The /Electronics Arts/ folder can also be labeled
/EA Games/
/Origin Games/
/Origin/
So are the unlocks automatically unlocked or do I still have to rank up for them?
You still have to rank up, but it's accelerated, so you level up much faster.
