The Little Alma is a very easy and simple NPC that pop ups through your screen that will scare you, but the other alma pop is much scarier, the maps were made by L4D[Mod], he's my partner now! :)
This Little Alma thing will pop up when you step to some triggers like "trigger_move" "trigger_move triggered to sprite_alma" something like that... The only way to defeat alma is to find a way how to defeat her.

Don't be a Coward. Some maps have no alma pop ups, but sometimes Little Alma NPC pops ups sometime in your screen.
