Developers Report - Portraits feature

Portraits in our mod are unique for each country.Every portrait will have a waving flag in background for each country ideology.

Now, take Kazakhstan for example.There president Nursultan Nazarbayev is leading the country sice 1991.So i made a portrait for each election he won untill 2015.

I am going to make other portraits for other leaders from Kazakhstan.

Also i cant forget portraits for Federal republic of Yuogslavia:

These are mixed with historical leaders and some alternate from 1992 - 2006.
