Half Life with no texture mods, the engine is interpreting the textures as Height Maps used for Parallax and normal maps.

I don't know how you guys did it, but amazing visuals with Half Life! I love the graphical effects and lighting, such a huge improvement.
I played the Quake Impulse and all the lighting effects and bump mapping makes a huge difference. I felt extremely MORE immersed than the original game... Looking forward to a demo of Half Life Impulse
