I have re-uploaded the mod in pk3 format.
Just extract archive and drag and drop PK3 file on GZDOOM executable or use your favorite mod launcher.

This mod feels very streamlined and polished now. The music makes it very atmospheric. I know the old demo of Chasm only, but this one must be better than the original. Thumbs up, job well done.
How to play this Mod? After unpacking the zip-file there are alot of single files and directories.. but no wad or pk3 files..
Unpack zip file. Just drag and drop pk3 on the Gzdoom Exe.
Please use latest Gzdoom version.
I will reupload as Pk3 soon to avoid confusion

You need to own Doom or Doom2 to play this.

yes i know, but when i try to launch it does not work

I just had to run the game with hardware accelerated graphics

Just played through Dimension of the Boomed with this mod, and I loved it. Of course, I played as the Ranger since it’s a quake-themed mod, and the gameplay was really fun and worked great with the level design, the weapons are so fun to use (I can’t wait until dismemberment is added in) and all the 3D models and filtering effects are downright gorgeous. Also excited to see how it’ll play with Heretic and Hexen levels and with the dedicated map set. I do have a few questions: Will the dedicated map set be based on Doom levels or Chasm levels? And will there also be support for the Hacx and Chex Quest IWADs?
Compatibility is planned for Chex, Heretic, Hexen and Strange Aeons
I will try this one.
To make it work: download the latest version of GZDoom (442) and add your doom.wad into the folder. Then add the mod pk3 on the gzdoom.exe (to open with).

hey explosions crash the game, is there any way i can fix this or am i just borked forever? mod's fun and i just wanna play through it again, i can't use any landmine for this same reason
more specifically, toxic barrels don't break the game, but barrel explosions and mines do, rockets/grenader don't break anything
