Brother the erros is saying that windows does not find Kingdoms.exe
I Put the file in the mods file. As u said in the description. I had look arround but i wasent able to find the Kingdoms.exe that that is said in the error.
Where should it be locaded ?
Just drop it into the mods folder, so that it looks like this D:\Medieval II Total War\mods\XIIcentury\. You need to start the game by double-clicking the left mouse button on XIIcentury.bat

Thanks Lad, It'is working now. I had to edit the lauch changing the opener name from kindons to medieval2. I think my files are a bit different from the ordinary ones.

A suggestion,mate. If possible to add some permanent stone camp on the campaign map ? Maybe they could be named on campaign map, instead of some cities or castles.
It's a good idea, I'll think about it, but we must take into account that the cost should be the same as the cost of a real castle
I don't like the mod. It feels weird that some light units have better stats then heavy units.
