WWU Hotfix 0.12 file

Hotfix patch of the first early access version (0.1). I realised some of the maps didn't work. I have also updated the map a little bit, mostly Latin America and the Middle East, as well as other parts. You can use this hotfix on its own rather than pasting it into the past 0.1 version.
