Several of these extra mods to use with the regular Jason's Doom will work well with this, specifically: weather.pk3, torchnew.pk3, VHS_v2.wad or VHSCRTShaderByDRON12261-V2.pk3, death.pk3 or death_fadetoblack_uni_addon.pk3, and for Doom only: moodydesatpal.wad

Large deathmatch maps might work well. If you run any map with -nomonsters, Jason will still spawn. Running in solo net for multiplayer weapons to appear is another idea.
Deathmatch mode would be preferable without respawning items,
unless there's lots of other monsters to deal with.
