CHANGELOG:

- Added an extra event and decision within the Greater Japanese Campaign/Mission Tree. After completing the mission 'Scorn the Chinese' there will also be another side-mission to expand the Greater Japanese Puppet State of Oceania into the Pacific.

- Also added a decision that gives all of Oceanian cores possessed by Greater Japan, back to Oceania. This is optional and does not directly contribute to the Campaign, but for players who wish to give those territories to Oceania, they can go ahead and do so.
