Quick Description: HD Weapons for 227 is a mod I am developing utilizing 227 specific features in order to bring the stock weapons of Unreal more up-to-date with today's graphics. The mod will feature new skins, new emitters and projectiles, and various things to come. This is STRICTLY an eye-candy mod. I am not changing anything else but visual looks only, and only for the stock weapons. So to be clear, this is not an ear-candy mod...there will be no new sounds...no changes to how the weapons originally work...or any such thing like changing monsters weapons / projectiles around. If it ever comes to that, it will be far from now, and probably in a separate mod.

Crash with patch 227i AND 227i dedicated version mutator .
No problem with non-dedicated version.
I also get the 227i crash. Also get a GPF when I get a headshot with the Razorjack.
Me too, big old general something something fault in lots of stuff ending in mainloop.
The standard mutator works fine for now though.
Did the creator mix them up or something and save the 227i version as the pre-227i version and vice versa?
Wait, this /only/ works with 227? I can't use it on other Unreal Engine 1 games?
EDIT: Okay, so there are two mutators, one for Post-227 and one for Pre-227. I guess that answ3ers my question.
Would either be compatible with this though?

Okay, another question: Could you add a version that works for Unreal Tournament? I am making a mod that runs on Unreal Tournament's engine, and it uses the original Unreal's weapons. I tried using this for my mod, but it didn't work.

Awesome mod man but Rocket Launcher makes too much smoke ! Which causes heavy performance drops ! On a... GTX 770 !! Please decrease the amount of smoke that Rocket Launcher makes !
Well, actually they are multiple weapons, such as rocket launcher, and minigun especially, which makes the game lags when you fire, the RL makes game laggs when you fire 6 grenades when they explode. And the minigun, just when you fire.

Doesn't work at all. I use 227i patch and I added the mutator, but nothing happoened.
EDIT: Nevermind, it crashed instead.
All it has done is change the weapon effects but not the weapons themselves, they still look as low quality as ever.
can you make a version of this with only the weapon projectile effects? I want to use this with the unreal hd v1 textures

Does the Amplifier not work with the HDDispersionPistol? The whole point of the Amplifier was to increase both the ASMD and Dispersion Pistol damage.
On my system the game crashes when you hit yourself with a razorblade.
