Indeed yes, it works with the 3.04 version
it crashes in every scenario after a few years
Its still very early in development, and that is also one of the main problems in the vanilla Ultimate mod, i am trying to at least try to diagnose the problem and hopefully fix it soon
In my first 10 minute ... the population do not pay tax ... all the pop have 0 money from tax when I start a war. Then the game break.
My knowledge about modifying economics in this mod is still very basic, must be have something to do with techs or the longetivity, i'll see what i can do in the next update
Alright I've so far seen a few problems. As an unciv it is almost impossible to recruit units (at least in the earliest scenario, as japan the only activated party is the liberal one and I can't change it if I somehow choose it, despite starting as a reactionary, oh and uncivs do not seem to be getting revolts.
Yeah its because the pops in some unciv countriea are just too small in some areas, i haven't change some of the pops file yet, as for Japan, i think there's some trouble with the countries text file, i'll fix it in the next updare
it's not about japan alone but all other uncivs. they can't recruit anything, even the Ming empire couldn't recruit a single damn unit while being an unciv. That's because they lack wool. Nobody or very few will actually sell wool which is critical for making early troops. When I civilized as Japan I tried to either sphere or take wool producing area so that I can afford building armies. Because I was stuck to the liberal party I was constantly on the edge of bankruptcy despite having the largest industrial base in the world (more than the rest of the world combined).
The tax event which causes ops to reduce tax efficiency is also horrible but not as horrible as the event which gives me +0.5 infamy and forces me to switch to liberalism so that I won't have wars declared on me 24/7 if I don't want to cheat.
I see, some of the things are probably vanilla Ultimate features problems, i haven't change any of the economic features and barely changing events, i'll try fixing it if its a major problem to you
But let me remind you that my modding skills regarding economic mechanics in this game is still limited as i said in the post, so if you have a suggestion of solutions, pls do tell, or if you want be my guest and help me fixing it, i'll credit you

I can neither see nor select political reforms, the fascist version of Ottoman Empire should be different, more options can be given as in (I think) Modern Age or NEM mods, for ex. in one of them Restoration of Monarchy has two options: Kingdom or Empire. This really matters. Ottoman Empire should get few options in Fascism: Turkish Republic with modern Turkish flag, Ottoman Empire with WWI flag, Turkish Empire with Göktürk flag or three crescents.
I'll take a note of that, i forgot to fix the interface for political reforms, and actually i already put the flags for Turkey relevant to the time though, if you notice the flags is different before and after 1836, depends on wether its absolute, limited or constitutional monarchy
If this works this will be one of the most impressive mods for this game!

Hey, I copied the file into the mod folder, but when I open the game, it does not give me the option to select it. Pls help

There is a problem with the "The Teutonic Heritage" (or something like that) decision where I started playing as Brandenburg and I released Prusia from PLC. After that I formed BPR(Brandenburg-Prussia) throung a decision where chaged my tag to BPR and vassalized Prussia. And then after that theres another decison in which should make me inherit Prussia and change my tag to Prussia himself. Instead what it does is makes my vassal Prussia ihenrits ME(BPR) so game understands that i got full annexed by Prussia, therefore it considers game over. Could you fix that pls

I'm interested in the new aircraft sprites you added. I do not know if you wish to do this but can you create a patch that adds a biplane sprite?
If that is not possible at this time, do you know where in the HOI3 files a biplane sprite exists? I have HOI3 and all spritepacks and it looks like the German spritepack may contain a biplane (HE-51?) that might be suitable for a biplane when aircraft are researched, but I cannot locate it when i tried to find it (or another biplane) to add.
I noticed you have no artillery sprites, is that because the artillery all looks too "modern" from HOI3?
I'm very interested in this mod but there are lack of complete features such as the map of postwar or post-1945 Germany with occupation zones, the viceroyalties or colonial government which have been existed as nation such as (i.e. New France, puppet of France which is actually covered the actual map), and these issues must have been fixed like Brandenburg forming union with Prussia, and there are alliances such as NATO or Warsaw Pact needed to be fixed or added precisely.
As far as I'm concerned, there are lack of decisions that makeup of historical events and also leftover cores of countries which holds for the past centuries causes wars over taking back past core territory that wasn't been already part of them due to changes, also with concerning historical wars that happened at the end of World War II and I noticed that there are icons of religion or modifiers look weird. Hopefully, a new update will be issued.
It crashes the November 5th 1619 :( Please help! I remember when i played another version of this "Victoria Ultimate" the same happened. Does anyone know what can i do? :(
