The Great Northern War, as well as lore surrounding it has been added to the game! As well as Louisiana, and a *bit* of pop work elsewhere. I probably will do pops again once I get more of the groundwork done.

#The second update of the mod. Didn't really have too much time to fit in more, but I did do a few interesting events.
- Added the Great Northern War into the game, meant to represent a Prussian-Russian coalition against Sweden. Also added some lore about it, that explains the leadup to the war, and tweaked units around a bit to make it slightly more surviveable for Sweden.
- Added the Louisianian culture, and spread it over several of France's territories. Louisiania also exists as a releasable nation. French-Canadian has now absorbed the Anglo-Canadians in the Americas too, as they don't really fit there.
- Added Prussian cores to Silesia. Now you can have all that fun Prussian-Austrian action!
#Expect a bit more work up north maybe, and perhaps something in the Lowlands
