Is it possible to make new features and mechanics such as the Dash optional? Given how many platforming sequences there are in this game, I worry the latter could be causing a lot of accidental deaths. I would suggest giving it its own separate key instead.

I am also not fan of the voice-acting of Turok's oneliners.

Finally, what is "Special Button 02"? I do not see it in the Bindings menu.

The buttons are explained in the readme.

Special Button = Scope Zoom out Button
Special Button 2 = Scope Zoom in Button

You'll just have to get use to not dodging by accident. It was a little weird for me too but I got use to it quickly. It actually makes platforming much easier when you get the hang of it.

I love his one-liners. They actually show his sense of humor. I'm sure it's not for everybody but I love it.

So the special buttons are the zoom in and zoom out keys? That explains why both the Hunter Cannon and the Bow started acting weird all of a sudden.

How so? The wooden bow? Or the Tek bow?

Both. I was trying to zoom in and out, not having realised that the former now acts as a rapid-fire mode and the latter fires the Hunter Cannon.

I have a huge problem with this. Every cutscene takes minutes to load. When the gameplay starts everything is fine but every time I pick uo an item or hit an enemy my whole computer locks up. Obviously this doesnt happen when I play Turok normally.

I nor any of my beta testers had any issues like this. I've got to say that I think it has something to do with your PC. What are your PC specs?

4gb of ram, 1.5ghz quad core amd cpu, radeon 6520g graphics card. Does this mod require higher specs than the base game?

Yeah with the extra HD texture pack and the large amount of effects I added it would require better PC specs. I'm running an i7 8700K with a GTX 1080 ti and 16 gigs of ram. I pushed the game until it lagged for me. Then I dropped it back a bit to smooth out the framerate. But none of my beta testers said they had issues like you. And one of them was running a very old PC. Are you sure you installed it correctly? You're not using any other mods right? The only screen that takes a bit to load for me is the first boot up screen. But it's only like 10-15 seconds give or take. I think you need more RAM. 4 gigs is very small.

I had an ammo increase mod I got rid of just in case thats what it was. I'd understand the frames dropping but the cutscenes I don't understand, why would the nightdive screen take so long when you did nothing to it? Is there any settings I could try to change?

Well first off don't use any other mods with T2A unless you know what you're doing. But I'm pretty sure it has to do with your low RAM amount. Remove the texture pack and see if that fixes your problem. If it does then you need more RAM for sure. You cannot play T2A without the texture pack though so you'll need to invest some cash in your PC.

Well I tried it and the mod works now? There are some missing textures but the new mechanics work fine!

I play it on a Intel 7-8700, 16GB RAM and GTX1060, have sometimes a bad Framerate if there is too much blood on screen...

Well nice done VGames, but less blood will fit the game as well. At least the Hardcore mode is quite hard.

Try reducing the amount of decals allowed on screen at once. I get smooth FPS pretty much 100% of the time. Of course like I already said I tailored this with my specs in mind. Sorry.
