This is version 1.1 of Blood: Trauma Therapy. I updated the map design and tried to incorporate feedback I got from users of version 1.0.

Changelog for Blood: Trauma Therapy V. 1.1
- updated the shading (optimized for BuildGDX): levels are brighter
- updated the architecture: some minor fixes and expansions of cramped rooms (especially in the first levels)
- crashes in BuildGDX are fixed (with some trickery)
- updated sprite usage for DOS-players. On some levels I couldn't avoid sprite clipping in DOS, otherwise I'd have to rebuild whole sections
- updated the difficulty-settings -> reduced enemy-count; but beware: it's supposed to be a difficult map pack. If "Well done" is too much for you, you should play on a lower difficulty setting
- added new sections and new secrets
- changed some architecture in favor of clearer hints to secrets (hint: if there is a custom texture in a “barren” spot, it’s there for a reason)
- expanded the amount of sounds and textures

TT11 is broken on Lightly Broiled, before in 1.0 it was working. Just to confirm it I killed myself on that level from 1.1 save to re-load older map version file from 1.0. As of now it shows flooding green stuff, in 1.1 is static green wall and is hard to jump between teeth.

Actually 1.0 was broken. This version is fixed. The teeth were too far apart. You're not supposed to go through them that easily. Listen to Tchernogbog and check your surroundings.
Ok, that's clever, then video was rather misguiding. i saw the figures on altar but didn't thought it's exactly this type of puzzle. Way to overthink stuff, when solution is right into face. Also too many mappers abused monster statues and this line of Tchernobog to piece clues correctly for me. I hope Tesla Cannon is more frequently in 1.1 because I missed it from earlier secrets, grabbing just ammo from whole ep and got only recently in TT10. 😉
I placed one in TT02, TT03, TT05 and TT07. So you muste have missed it.
Hello! An excellent addon and the very first map "Flashback" sets up the right atmosphere.
I beat through the TT12 "Carnival Of Terror" map and went to the TT13 "Airport Trouble II" map. But with map TT12 there should be another alternative exit to map TT14 "CABALCO Sewage Co. Ld."
I clicked and hit all the suspicious textures - so far without success. I would be grateful for a hint about the exit location on TT14.

It is actually a switch that openes the door, not a random texture. Check underwater.

I'm stuck at TT11 level, can't get through the static green texture. Before that, I broke the chains on the legs of the beast and struggled my way through my teeth - but this wall / texture is resistant to any weapon.

As mentioned above: you are not supposed to "struggle" throught the teeth. There is a way to open the mouth and then you may pass throught the green wall. Listen to Tchernobog and check your surroundings.
Great game. Gameplay is great using DOSBox on my 64 bit Mac until the skull key room. After leaving the skull room with the goodies, things will then freeze up and the game conks out.
I try to load in blood:flesh supply but my game just crashed it's there another way to run the mod ?
It doesn't run in fresh supply, sorry. It relies too heavy on xsectors and xsprites. Fresh supply can't handle that. You'll have to run it through NBlood, Buildgdx or vanilla (maybe raze?!).

In the Cabalco sewers secret level there is a problem with the Civvie secret up the lift hole. The "A secret is revealed" message appears but the secret counter is not increased. At least in nBlood
It's a super secret. So it's not counted.
I have replayed level Hollow Earth in BloodGDX and nBlood. In nBlood is shows 6 secrets but crashes using the 2nd teletransporter. In BloodGDX shows 5 though! The remaining secret should be in the TV cabin of the stadium or maybe in the changing room close to the extinguisher secret, but there is no way I can find it. That is, if there is really a 6th secret. Can you give any hint?

About the secret: yeah, I actually forgot a trigger in the TV cabin to trigger secret no. 6. So you found all 6 of them.
You were right! I tried map TT09 with the newest build of NBlood and it crashed. While mapping I tested the maps with Version 1.1 (which I still use). There were no problems.
I think NBlood trys to lift you high into the ceiling when entering the teleporter. I have no short-term solution but to redesign the showers...
I will attend to it before I'll release verion 2.0 (should be sometimes in LATE 2021).
Hey, MAP13, Airport Trouble II that is, I can't seem to find any way anywhere.
Looking at a playthrough of somebody who played the 1.0 version, he simply went to the "Baggage", but in my case there's a wall blocking the way?
Am I supposed to go somewhere else?
I took a look at map 13. You're right. I made an error in one sector. For now I corrected the error.

I'm working on verion 2.0 with a new episode, so there will be an updated verion of 'Trauma Therapy' in november/december 2021.

Despite being a minor fix and not worthy of a big update, you should still release this to the public on the "files" tab as a hotfix.
