This version of the map pack for Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars includes bug-fixes, balance changes and additional maps.
[Bug Fixes and General Changes]
. Refinery bug is now fixed.
. Vehicle crushing bug on Annihilator Tripod, Avatar Warmech and Juggernaut was fixed.
. XP bug/inconsistencies fixed for various units.
. Fixed invincible controllable Ox Transport exploit.
. Buildings cannot be built on enemy beacon bug was fixed.
. Firehawk "Stratofighter" ability button now greyed out while taking off.
. Corrupters, Storm Columns and Sonic Emitters can now kill husks via force-fire.
. Units teleported via Mastermind to an Ion Storm are no longer killed.
. Fixed target priorities for Seekers, Devastator Warships and Fanatics.
. Delays on several abilities reduced; rig unpack/pack-up, blink pack, jump jets.
. Zone Trooper "Scanner Packs" range bug fixed.
. All harvesters have cannon and missile armor damage percent set to 95 from 110 and 75 respectively.
. GDI and Scrin harvester hit-points nerfed by 10%.
. Engineers, Assimilators and Saboteurs have their prices increased to 700$ from 500$.
. Call for Transport ability price reduced to 200$ from 500$.
. Repair Drones can now repair allied units in team games.
. Mutant Marauder range increased. Cannon armor resistance doubled (normalised with other infantry). Now stealthed while moving in Tiberium.
[Scrin]
. Seeker and charged Devourer Tank damage increased by 6% against Attack Bikes. Seekers now kill Attack Bikes with two shots. Charged Devourer Tanks now kill Attack Bikes with one shot.
. Devourer Tanks can shoot while moving.
. Shock Troopers have "Blink Pack" ability with no delay time anymore, upgrade price and time normalised with KW counterpart.
. Scrin MCVs can now be teleported by Mastermind while packing/unpacking.
. Scrin MCVs can now be phased by phase field while packing/unpacking.

. Obelisk price increased to 2300$ from 1800$.
. Avatar Warmech price increased to 2400$ from 2200$.
. Avatar Warmech main cannon damage nerfed by 4% (now it is 1200).
. Avatar Warmech beam upgraded cannon damage buffed from 600 to 800 (It one-shots Attack Bikes now).
. Stealth Tank price increased to 1800$ from 1500$.
. Catalyst now costs 3000$.
. Catalyst deals slightly less damage to GDI harvesters. It doesn't kill Nod harvesters anymore.
. Beam Cannon range buffed to 600 and it is available on tech level 2.
. Beam Cannon price increased to 1200$ from 1000$.

. Sonic Emitter price increased to 2500$ from 2000$.
. Juggernaut price increased to 2400$ from 2200$.
. GDI Rig unpacks/packs faster, speed increased by 20%, cost reduced from 2000$ to 1600$.
. Zone Troopers have "Jump Jet" ability with no delay time anymore.
. Zone Trooper range increased by 4%.
. APCs have "Place Minefield" ability with no delay time anymore.
. Orca Sensor Pods attached to friendly vehicles are no longer removed by friendly drones.
. Orca Sensor Pod deploy delay reduced.
. Stealth detection range for Sensor Pods slightly reduced.
. Mortars upgrade price and time normalised with KW counterpart.
. Snipers can deal damage to vehicles and structures now. (It is lower than Rifleman damage. Mostly a cosmetic change, just added it because they are already aiming vehicles etc. and landing empty shots. )
The installer says that I have not installed the patch 1.9. Can the installer remake so that he does not check the version? Or do a manual installation? Previous versions of the pack were installed without problems.
I can release it as manual installation form too. Don't know what happened with installer, i need to check NSIS scripts of mine I guess. You may try to install it to an empty folder and copy MapPack folder to your game directory. Then address your .big file from your 1.09 .skudef file.

Editing balance is unnecessary. I really don't like them in RC4 patch.
